maybe the mice play, I dunno, but I'm staying in with Ben. Paul is out of town on business, you can find out more from his blog (or here) if you're interested.
Everything is going along ok. Still looking for work as a virtual assistant, so if you know of any gigs, I'd be grateful. :o)
Bye for now!

Another Friday. Tonight Paul and I have things to do around the house, and some TV to watch... Doctor Who and maybe some of the HBO Rome series. I think swing dance will settle down (mostly) to us going to the Boathouse on Tuesdays and I'll maybe go one other (variable) place once a week or so with people from the Fair.
Ben gets home Sunday from Nova Scotia! Yay for that. He apparently had a good visit there, camping, golfing (he decided he wanted to learn, and he did) and hanging out with his bio-dad (Jeff). He's chosen Dalhousie (which is in Halifax, NS) as the university he wants to attend, and he'll live with Jeff while he's there. I wonder if the fact he was born in Halifax has anything to do with it? Or if its just a cool little coincidence... dunno.
Ren Fair season is here again, and with it comes the attendant strange schedule, this year even more so than usual. I'm not working an office job this year during fair. Instead, I'm sewing for Ginger during the week, making tights and dresses and the like. Mondays and Tuesdays are my days off, and I work afternoons and early evenings sewing.
Ginger is very into swing dancing, and while I was in Texas (I worked for her during Scarborough Fair), she kinda hooked me on it, too. So when I got back I dragged Paul into it, with a noticable lack of kicking and screaming on his part I might add... and I've gone with Ginger dancing in Chicago a couple times since she arrived here. Like last night. Got home late. Tired. :o)
Swing dance can be a lot of fun. :o)
Hello again! I have been both busy and lazy. Busy, but not too busy to update this, which is why lazy is also in there. I will be making an effort to give at least a small update daily. So, heads-up!
These days, life consist of working at the Ren fair on weekends, and sewing for the same shop during the week. Ben is in Canada with his bio-dad for another week and a couple days. Paul's 10 year anniversary is coming up at his office, and there may be another opportunity on the dim and distant horizon. Sif and Hope are basking in a sunbeam and shedding.
More tomorrow! :o)
