weigh-in

This morning’s weigh-in was one of those extra-frustrating ones where I felt thinner and was the same weight or up a half pound or so. This is made worse by feeling thinner DESPITE having done nothing like eating right the last week, so there I was hoping for a drop I didn’t deserve and then I didn’t get it and *grump*.

Oh well. Onward and, er, downward, we hope.

  1. Hang in there, girl.

    It could be that you are actually thinner, especially after your renewed upswing of exercise, and the scale simply hasn’t reflected it yet. Weight could be re-distributing, positioning itself for the downward slide that will come soon.

    Feeling thinner is an important sign of that! You can do it!
