I’ve gotten the rough draft letters for about the first half of Chance. It is SO COOL to see the actual words with the images. I mean, I know what they all say and what’s going on in them, but there’s something radically different about actually having the words on the page. Wow. Ted helped me figure out who the other POV character should be, and I’ve written several scenes with her now, and I’m probably going to have to print the book out and look at actual pages in order to figure out what works and what I need to cut from the original text. revelation [ww lock]
I had a revelation last night. This is something basically pointed out weeks ago, but I’m a little slow on the uptake. My revelation: I have *never* successfully stayed on the Weight Watchers plan at 22 points a day.
