We have accomplished two weeks’ worth of going to the gym now. It was less difficult to get up at 7am this week, possibly because I was going to bed at Very Sensible Hours, but also possibly because I was slightly more used to it. I do not like the alarm going off at 7am (although this morning I woke up at 6:49), but I do very much like being up in the morning and getting exercise.
