*laugh*

To my enormous amusement, on that johari window thing, the overwhelming majority have picked ‘confident’ as my most defining trait. Interestingly, it’s not one I picked myself (I went with self-assertive). However, I apparently have no facade whatsoever: none of the words I picked to define myself were words nobody else thought applied. I think that’s funny, too. :) (Possibly I am very easily amused.) Oh, hell, the bread.

I lost a day in here somewhere. Hate that. Target points: 22 Points used: 28.5 Activity points earned/swapped: 0/0 WPA used/remaining: 6.5/28.5 Considering that I went into Dublin and ate food I have very little idea of how to count up (cajun chicken wrap: flour tortilla, 3pts; chicken inside: 1pt? 2?; mayo: 3pts? 5?; 1/3c yogurt w/granola & maple syrup: 3pts? NO IDEA.), I think I did a reasonable job of counting (I gave the chicken wrap 9 points and the yogurt thing 3) and of not totally blowing the…

Also, Shaun has a raging headache, and Ted was all movied out after two movies. I went and saw “Brokeback Mountain” and “Walk the Line.” Ted saw “Underworld” and “Walk the Line”, and Shaun saw “Underworld” and “Brokeback Mountain”. What I took away was: watching Walk the Line, which is based on real people and a real story, seemed…

Target points: 22 Points used: 26 Activity points earned/swapped: 4/4 WPA used/remaining: 35/35 Not having access to a points tracker does allow one to play fast and loose, but I think I’m doing okay. I’m certainly eating less than I have been. And probably the strawberries with whipped cream weren’t 4 whole points, but it’ll do. And maybe it was only 3 APs earned, but it was a couple of miles’ walk and 30 minutes Curves workout and 20 minutes barre work, so it’s going to be close enough, I…
