I don’t think I’ve ever come that close to using up my WPAs without going over, before. Talk about cutting it close. :)

Sadly, no downward motion on the scale this week. No upward motion, either, so that’s good, but no downward. I weigh myself daily, and suspect I’ll see a loss in the next day or two, but whether that holds all the way through til next Thursday is anybody’s guess. I used to hit a low day on Thursdays pretty regularly, but this whole very slow loss thing seems to affect that.

I used to look at this whole weight loss thing two pounds at a time, because that was an amount I could deal with; it didn’t seem insurmountable. I’m trying to look at it one pound at a time at this point, which is … considerably more frustrating. Want results NOW. *fnrt*

Oh well. :)

  1. Hang in there, hon. You’ve made /great/ strides, and now that you’re down closer to your idea weight, each pound is a /much/ bigger percentage of what you have left to lose than it was when you were earlier in your journey. I mean, 1 pound for you, if you want to lose 10, is like 6 pounds for me with 60 still to go! Each step is such a large percentage of what you have left!

    I know it’s hard, I know it’s frustrating. But you are doing the right things, so the changes you want will come.

    Also, if anything else, that’s a *fantabulous* new picture showing the new, skinnier you!
