Not having access to a points tracker does allow one to play fast and loose, but I think I’m doing okay. I’m certainly eating less than I have been. And probably the strawberries with whipped cream weren’t 4 whole points, but it’ll do. And maybe it was only 3 APs earned, but it was a couple of miles’ walk and 30 minutes Curves workout and 20 minutes barre work, so it’s going to be close enough, I think.
