Still hungry. Going to take my vitamin, drink some water, and go to bed in the quite near future, else I see food overtaking my evening. Ok, it’d only be some pineapple, but still.

Is there any particular reason you take your vitamin at night and not in the morning?
I have no scientific reason for it, but I try to take my vitamins earlier in the day, on the theory that my body needs them most while I’m up and active and metabolism is at its highest. And taking a vitamin at night, while at least partially effective, won’t be as effective, since my metabolism is depressed, so I don’t think as much of it will be absorbed.
And I also have this odd belief that when I forget to take my vitamins on time, it makes me hungrier later in the day.
