At a guess, I’d say I had about 35 points worth of food yesterday. Not sure, because we ate out and it’s harder to tell that way. Maybe as much as 40 or so, Again, in the scheme of a day, not bad, sort of a high day, but not bad, although in the scheme of last week quite disasterous.
However, today starts a new week, and I’ve largely mitigated the damage the scale was proclaiming (I’m sure some of that weight, perhaps most of it, was water weight). Weigh-in this morning was at 155.smidge, which is pretty much where I was last week. It’ll do.
*Grin* I always feel, if I’ve eaten off plan and not gained, like I’ve somehow dodged the Russian Roulette bullet, and it makes me more determined to not cheat next time (cuz surely, this next one will be the time when that one piece of cheesecake translates into a 8 pound gain). Not logical, in the least, but it makes for amusing musing. :)
