Clearly 2 apples, a banana (gaaah), two glasses of juice and however much water I’ve drunk today (not enough, although the juice counteracts that somewhat) is not enough to convince me I’m doing anything like eating enough. I am sufficiently empty-tummied that drinking water causes me to feel the water sliding over the walls of my stomach.
Which I could actually deal with, I think, if it weren’t for the fact that I’m theoretically supposed to go swim in 45 minutes and the idea of expending energy on a tummy this empty makes me very crabby. I don’t think I’m going to last very long on this thing. Like, probably right up to about when dinner is. :)
I’m sure this is good for me on some moral level. It certainly would clean the old system out. Jump-start a diet, too.
On the other hand, my head is about to be enveloped by my hungry tummy.
I know you said you were going to purge, but often just the smallest touch of protein will convince one’s stomach that It Has Eaten. Don’t ask me why, I don’t know.
But if it’s not going to ruin your purge, try eating a stick of string cheese?
