stats, 8/26

As predicted, no clue what the WW stats are today; I did very well up until we went to the movies, and after that I ceased counting. I’d guess fifty points for the day, maybe more, as I ate a bunch of food that was pure badness. But it was good, too. :)

Back on track in the morning, with five days before weigh-in, so hopefully if I’ve done damage I can mitigate it. It’s going to be hard keeping on points after a couple days of splurging, so if I’m clawing at the walls, um, well, cheer me on, or something. :)

  1. I always have such a hard time being good after a cheat, but I know you’re strong and you can do it! And you have your weigh in coming up, so that’s a real “in your face” reality check to keep ya on the straight and narrow!

  4. There was a lot of good food. :)

    Seriously, that’s like all the fair is, is one kind of food after another. I’m not into the livestock or quilt shows or veggie-offs, so I mostly wander the booths, and 80% of them are food. There wasn’t anything that inspired me to buy it, except a Young Dubs t-shirt at the concert, and there wasn’t all that much that inspired me to stop and look. So, eh. It was the fair.

    The concert was great, though. I need a Young Dubs icon…!
