dead dog

Today was dead dog day: everybody was dragging around saying goodbyes (sometimes several times in succession to the same people), but it was still fun. Had the air of a family reunion coming to a close. Spidey and Lei Ann came up from Boston and we had lunch and hung out for a few hours, which was *terrific*, as we hadn’t seen each other since Ted and I lived in California. Man, we need to come visit Boston sometime soon.

I have talked way too much for somebody with laryngitis. Now I’m going to go try to write, I think, because it’s Nov 4th and I’ve only done 1200 Nano words. That’s not good. :) And tonight, if we are functional enough, we’ll go back over for the dead dog party. We shall see!
