We’ve had a lovely day out. It is in fact a lovely day, which is unusual, and we went to the Longford parade, as did everyone else in the town. It was a *much* longer parade than I expected, and parts of it were pretty good. Yer man standing next to me said to his wife, “It’s a fair grand parade, isn’t it?” and she said, “It is, much better than last year, but everyone’s got more free time so,” which made me laugh and laugh and *laugh*. :)
I took a bunch of pictures, but I’m trying very hard to stay away from the keyboard/mouse while my shoulder heals, so it’ll probably be a few days before I post them. I went to a massage place yesterday, which helped some, although it proved to be the sort of massage where I came away from it with my skin tenderized and aching along the bones from the pressure exerted. On the other hand, I could (and still can) turn my head to the left, which I couldn’t before the massage, so it’s better than it was. I may go back, although the idea kind of makes me wince. (Of course, so does my shoulder…)
