Oh, wow. A few weeks ago I did several Skype interviews with some 9th grade English students in MA–their teacher reads my books, and she’s been using the Walker Papers short story “Rabbit Tricks” in her curriculum. She and I both thought it would be fun to have the kids talk to the Real Live Author, so I spent several hours talking with several of her classes.
They’ve written me thank-you letters. They just arrived in the mail, and I mean dozens of them. I’ve only read a few so far, but wow, how utterly, *utterly* cool! Wow! *does a dance*! Wow!
