I FOUND THE BEATSHEETS!

I’m so relieved I’m not even pissed. *Jesus*. They were in a file I’d looked at before, but I had it set to Print Layout, so I could only see one page at a time, and the only thing on the page I’d looked at was the handful of paragraphs describing the meaning of each issue title. I’d put page breaks between each page, too, so there just wasn’t anything else on the first page, and for some reason I never noticed there were more pages in the file. Probably because I didn’t remember putting the title page on the whole thing, and the whole damned thing did not have the word ‘beatsheet’ in it anywhere after all, not in the file title or in the file pages.

I haven’t even read them yet. I just sort of fell out of my chair and staggered downstairs to gibber at Ted when I realized I’d found them. *Jesus*.

As soon as my heart’s recovered a little I’m going to go ORGANIZE THAT DIRECTORY. *Jesus*.

    Just wanted to let you know that I picked up Thunderbird Falls on Monday (in RI) and I’m 3/4 of the way thru – if only I didn’t have to work. It’s great. Can’t wait to finish.

    Ok, that’s a big fat lie, but I told you what you wanted to hear, right? :) And I don’t have a release date for COYOTE DREAMS yet, so I’m not sure exactly how long it’ll be…but it’ll be about a year. :)

    Fortunately, THE FIREBIRD DECEPTION (second in the Cate Dermody series) is out in June, and THE PHOENIX LAW, the 3rd book in that series, is out in December, so there’ll be things to tide you over!
