Aaah. I have reached that magical point at which my back feels sufficiently better that I suddenly think I’m healed.
This would be a really be a dumb time to stop going to the chiro. Don’t let me. :)

Don’t stop!!!!!! This is the dangerous phase. If you stop now, when you get to the point of white lipped pain again it will hurt even more to correct it.
