I got out another of my Very Fine Hats today and it fell down over my eyes. It was always a little big, but this was “If I didn’t have my glasses on nothing would be supporting this hat except the crown of my head” too big. Apparently my head has shrunk. :) 1/3rd of the way through January and so far I’ve only accomplished one thing on my January Thinks To Do list. Project 365
So I want to do more photography, of course, and so I thought I’d give Project 365 a go this year. The problem for me isn’t really taking pictures. It’s getting them processed. I had a hard time doing that *before* I had a baby. It hasn’t gotten any easier. So I figured rather than torture myself about it I’d try to process and upload photos 2 or 3 times a month. We have an Epson RX425, which is a 5 year old color laserjet. It should be in more or less perfect condition, because we only had ink for it for about, oh, four months, and the rest of the time it’s mostly been used only as a scanner. But I got new ink for it, and after an exceedingly frustrating couple hours of running color test pages, I finally got all four cartridges to actually print their little wavy lines that indicated yes, they were all functional.
