So, because somebody else said to me today that my Pilates and swimming were inspiring (which I am very pleased, if somewhat befuddled, by; I’ve been doing this barely a month! it hardly seems like it’s enough to inspire!), I went to look at the intermediate stage of the Pilates exercise I’ve been doing. Not because I was going to start them right away (today ended week 5! the ones I’m doing are getting a little boring! but they’re still not *easy*), but because I wanted to see what I…

more like “seize”
I tried that exhale-and-pinch-your-belly-fat thing this morning. It was more like “seize” than “pinch”, I’m afraid… :) I’ve noticed that over the last week or so, after 3-4 weeks of Pilates, I am more inclined to sit and stand up straight, and that, especially the last few days, when I’m out walking I’m sucking my gut in more. pilates & p…writing…
I did my Pilates FOUR WHOLE TIMES this week. The beginner’s workout is definitely easier than it was, although it’s also still a good workout. Another week and I’ll nerve myself up to trying the intermediate one, which I haven’t even looked at. But not before then. I can’t quite…

I started doing Pilates in November. I think I did the beginning set 3 times before I gave up. I started doing Pilates again Monday. I’ve done the beginning set twice now. Now I just have to do it again on Friday and then not give up. This workout I’m doing is a very beginners one, with only 8 exercise, but damn, it works. My tummy is all like WHAT. THE. HELL!?! Oogh. o.o I think Chance #2 is out today. miles to Dunharrow: 125.5 ytd wordcount: 9600
Chance promotion!
Temple Library Reviews (aka LJ’s own ) has done a lovely writeup on theupcoming “Take A Chance” premiere, and Morrigan Books owner (owner?) Mark Deniz/ also mentions it on his blog. Yay! Ted and I actually got up and went to the gym today. We’re quite proud of ourselves. :) And for much of the rest of the day I’m going to make candy and prepare to send it out into the world. :) Oh, and I’ve got kitsnaps up and running again with a new, hopefully spam-freeish template which…
