Today, not so good. Just felt like eating junk food tonight. If I expect to come out of this week unscathed, I’m going to have to be very good the next four days.
I think I’m really very tired of trying to lose weight. I felt like I was making a bit of progress while I was working out, but writing on my laptop and weightlifting are not a happy combination; my shoulder gets horked up from writing, and the weights just aggravate it. So I’m back to feeling like I’m spinning my wheels. :P This is hard.
*hug* You’re doing really amazing. I know it’s hard and disspiriting, but you’ve made amazing progress. It’s not surprising that you feel tired and worn out….It’s been a long journey already and you’re bound to get pooped, but you’re closer to your goal than ever before in your adult life. You look fantastic and you’ll feel even better if you keep working past this physical and emotional plateau… *go team Kit go!* :)

Platitudes can get annoying but…just remember: this is not weight loss, really. It’s a lifestyle change. And that’s the hardest thing in the world to integrate into our psyche. :/
I know it’s getting old and tedious, but hang in there. Soon, I will be at my one year anniversary, and you will need to be encouraging me, too. :}
