I got paint! And then I painted! The wall is much brighter and nicer looking now. I think it needs a second coat, so I’m going to have to get more paint, but I am v. pleased to have accomplished that, and if I don’t manage the second coat before the housewarming party, oh well. No big deal.
The damned dryer won’t be delivered until next Thursday. :p
