Sorry it came so soon…and to think this was a topic of lengthy discussion a few days ago…*harumph*. It is REALLY lousy timing though…sorry again!

What evil timing on their part :/ But I gather it wasn’t entirely unexpeced, so at least the waiting is done with.

If you can afford it, take a little time off to decompress before you go job-hunting. Then you can remember why you like doing what you’ve been doing as a job and feel better about doing it again.
For the moment, I don’t suppose work will get in the way of writing, which isn’t all bad…
