Oh yes. We had a minor bookstore accident, too. We went in for one book and came out with, um, five. But it cost under $40, so it hardly counts! Er, right? Right? Anybody? Bueller?
I bought like nine books this week (mostly through trade credit and gift certificates, but still). It’s not exactly as if I have no books waiting around to be read, but what do I do? I go and buy nine more.
But heck! I read one of ’em today! That, um, counts for something, right? *cheesy smile*
It counts because, see … what would happen if all of a sudden you went on a reading spree and then there was NOTHING TO READ! You must have backups!
Besides you could have had my 2.17 disaster of 3 books for just over $50!! You did great Lady Kit!
