Feh. I’m just not very good at making toffee. I tried making a half batch, because I have yet to successfully make a full batch, and I thought I remembered that half batches worked better.
Now I remember that it was quarter batches that worked better.
Feh.
When you get it to work, I should like your toffee & fudge recipes. Sounds like a good cheap Christmas present.
