  • bicep curls, 12lbs, 3 sets of 15
  • supersomething pulldown, 50lbs, 3 sets of 15
  • back extensions, 50lbs, 3 sets of 15
  • 65 crunches

Boy, is that it? It felt like a lot more than that…
