*tud*

Revisions for WALKING DEAD are complete. I think I rewrote almost the entire last chapter (I said, hopefully intriguing the early readers who helped with title ideas). will be glad to hear I went back and spelled Dostoyevsky’s name correctly. :) I’m actually really quite happy with the book, which is always a good stage to be in after revisions. :) And now I get to take THE WHOLE EVENING OFF before working on the third and final chapter for the proposal of book five tomorrow. *looks at the rest…

revisions

Revisions on a 421 page book are much less daunting than revisions on a 717 page book. I finished the first pass today, and am mildly whiny about having to go back through it again, but none of it’s really that bad. I expect to turn it in Monday, which will be good. TPC revisions: done

I turned the PRETENDER’S CROWN revisions in about 90 minutes ago. The manuscript came in at 684 pages, which means…/bigferret came in closest with a guess of 671 pages. If you want to make an evening of it on my behalf, there’s a terrific little tapas place about a…

final revision pass

Off to an earlier start today. I have a whiny kitty on my lap (well, now he’s purring; he was whining earlier), and I need breakfast, but I want to get one chapter done before I eat. Mind you, this will be ‘breakfast’ at 11:15am. It’s not exactly an *early* start. Just much earlier than yesterday. But I did my pilates and went for a little walk, at least! :)
