eta: Uh. Wow. Gosh. *Really* not posting these so my eating habits are open for critique, people.


Finishing Wednesday:
snack: 5 chocolate chip cookies & a glass of milk

Wednesday:
breakfast: maple & pecan granola cereal,
lunch: pb&j, chips, glass of milk
snack: 3 cookies
dinner: grilled chicken, rice, sauteed baby corn, and to make up for all that healthy stuff, about five cookies. At least I haven’t gone to buy a pint of ice cream to inhale. :p

    Mine will be very boring, too, since it’s just me, I tend to eat the same things every day

    thursday
    breakfast: starwberries & blueberries, unsweetened white tea

    lunch: 16 oz latte, flatout wrap w/ chicken, apple & spinich, apple slices, nectarine

    snack: grapes

  2. I just started on the South Beach diet last Monday. I’m in the most restrictive portion right now, the initial two weeks. But, on Saturday, when a friend picked me up to go play our bi-weekly Old West Vampire D20 RPG, he said “Hey! Have you lost some weight?” Well, that is what I call positive reinforcement, given that Andy is not the sort to just casually comment on my girth. All in all, pleased so far. And, my former 7th Cavalry Trooper survived a piano flinging vampire encounter!
