YES! Let’s see…East of the Sun and West of the Moon and The Peasant’s Wise Daughter.
I am a sucker for almost any retelling of Beauty and the Beast. Perhaps too much Robin McKinley at an impressionable age…..
I’ve always been a fan of Red Riding Hood, but that has been done to death. What about the one where the Princesses keep wearing out their shoes every night, and the hero has to find out why. (And I think he was a lowly goat herder.)
