I have no willpower.

I have no willpower. At *all*.

I was just going to watch two episode, but I accidentally put the 5th disc in without having watched the 4th. And the first episode that didn’t matter, but the second was all full of ‘previously on Gilmore Girls’ stuff that made no sense. So I had to go ‘buh?’ and look at the 4th disc, and then I had to see the whole storyline leading up to the ‘previously on’ bit on the 5th disc, and then I had to watch that episode on the 5th disc. And, well, then I had to finish the storyline with the last two episodes on the disc.

But then I was STRONG!

I didn’t watch the last two episodes of the season! O.O

*dies in a pit* No willpower. At *all*. *embarrassed, from the pit*

  1. Dude, I watched TWELVE EPISODES of “Supernatural” on Saturday. I am so not casting any stones at you.

So was being weak worth it? :) What happened that had you so hooked?

  2. oh thank god. i’m not quite as pathetic as i thought i was. *laugh* I think the last time I watched 12 episodes in a day…actually I think my worst has been 10. Ted and I watched all of season 3 Alias over one weekend when we got it. :)

Uh. It was the storyline culminating in Jess totalling Rory’s car and wrist. Starting with the picnic basket and Jess’s explanation that he’d just had to keep bidding up because Dean was so TALL. :)

Yeah, it was worth it. I’m enjoying the agony. I didn’t want Jess to get sent away, though! Waugh!

  3. Well, the good news is, the faster you go, the sooner that Temptation is removed, as you’ll be _caught up_!

There are six seasons currently, with the first five out on DVD, and this last season due September 19th, 2006. I think you’re about halfway done? (I had written some more speculative stuff about how much was left, then I realized I work at imdb.com, and damn, I’d better use our site. :-)

I won’t say anything about the future other than that it stays good.

  4. The whole Jess/Rory/Dean love triangle thing was a lot of delicious fun.

I just love Dean. Put Jess’s intelligence in Dean’s personality and looks, and I’d have a perfect man. :)

And you’re not pathetic. ;) Even binging is okay in moderation! :)

  5. If I buy the Gilmore Girls and get hooked, it will be ALL YOUR FAULT. You make it sound so *good*!!

And I really REALLY can’t afford to, because my car broke down yesterday, and had to be towed to the shop.

  6. That’s nothing, I can’t even talk about my fandom addiction. X-Files, Buffy, Firefly…it’s a sickness that can’t be cured.
