Somewhat odd, but okay. Protoeditor turned TQB (current WiP) down, because “I’m looking for high fantasy, rather than sf”, which okay, but the second line of the synopsis mentions aliens, so why’d she request the first 3 chapters? o.O

So who or what is Protoeditor?
Protoeditor is a woman who is hoping to get an editing job at Tor. She was told by the company’s owner that he wanted a specific novel type, and if she could find some he’d bring her on board as an editor for those novels. She’s a nice lady.
