Today, there was enough snow in Longford for the nephews to build a snowman! there was also enough snow for Uncle Ted to show the nephews how to have a snowball fight. :) A bunch more pictures here, and a few of the kitties here. :) It’s been a nice day. :)

Snowink! Sadly I didn’t get a picture of Zilli at the back door trying to catch the snowflakes. :) And of course, now that I’ve gotten it uploaded it’s not snowing anymore…but for a minute there it was! :)

Wow. There’s enough fog out the front window that for an instant when I glanced up, it looked like the world had gone away. It was, in fact, sufficiently foggy that I thought I should go out this morning and take photos. While I was getting dressed most of the fog went away, but I went out anyway, and judging from the return of the fog, it’s just as well, because there’s too much now for good photography unless I’m quite close to something. Temple Library Reviews (aka LJ’s own ) has done a lovely writeup on theupcoming “Take A Chance” premiere, and Morrigan Books owner (owner?) Mark Deniz/ also mentions it on his blog. Yay! Ted and I actually got up and went to the gym today. Rejoining the world of the bloggers after a very pleasant and almost entirely off-line weekend. We had a lovely time with /Kate, and we all ate a truly tremendous amount of turkey, stuffing, and pie (they don’t have canned pumpkin here, so we ended up finding some fresh pumpkin puree, and Mom made the best pumpkin pie that any of us had ever had–and I’ve rarely met a pumpkin pie I didn’t like. Wow. No going back, now!), and lay around being comatose and content. :) Ted made homemade rolls…
