Weigh-in this morning: 155. That’s down somewhere between 2.5 and 3.5 pounds in the last week. I am very, very happy about this. It helps the old motivation, it does.
Today’s probably going to be difficult to count, as we’re going down to Cork and I imagine we’ll be eating out for lunch and dinner, but I’ll try not to go overboard anywhere.
In the unlikely event I could keep up 2 pounds a week, I’d be down around 150 for I-Con. That’s my goal. It’s a pipe dream, but hey, what’re dreams for but piping. Or, er, something. :)
