I have the writing fu! 2357 (upgraded to 2658) words today, which would only be a niftier number if it was 1357, but then it wouldn’t be nearly as swell a number, so we’ll have to settle for that.

This afternoon, I was looking up Trinity Church in NYC on the net, trying to find some pictures of the inside of it. I didn’t find any, so I went and dug through my own pictures of my trip to NYC when I was 13, to see if I had any, although I thought I didn’t, because I have a vague recollection that we weren’t allowed to take pictures inside.
What I did find, though, was a picture I took standing on the ground between the World Trade Center towers, looking straight up.
And I thought, “Wow.”

When you were 13… That may have been before they cleaned it. Trinity is *pink* now. Well, it’s graying again because of pollution, but the stone it’s made of is *pink*.
