Oh, you wanted to know what grad school I was thinking about? Sheesh. Nosy. I’m thinking about going back for my MFA in creative writing. There’s a fairly decent MFA program at UAA. The only problem with this is that I actually /want/ to go to Mills College in Oakland for an MFA. But it costs several thousand times more, and, well, is in Oakland. So what the hell is a person supposed to do if grad school applications want letters of recommendation addressing her ‘academic preparedness’ if she hasn’t been in school for SIX YEARS? Henry suggests calling the school and asking. How practical of him.

It seems I was suffering from Lesser Ick, rather than Greater Ick. Probably dehydration and being overheated. This is a good thing. Sadly, Tori has Greater Ick (the flu, apparently), and so she and Jai aren’t coming over for lunch. But we’ll go to lunch this weekend or next, maybe! Yay! :)
