do nothing by halves.

I have had an insanely busy day. I swam, came home and did Pilates before I could talk myself out of it, then went to get my hair trimmed because we’d gotten paid. Only the hairdresser was busy giving somebody a tattoo, so I did a little grocery shopping and came home again. I went out later to try to get my hair trimmed, but the hairdresser was about to close for lunch, so I did some more grocery shopping and came home again. I went out a fourth and…

sha boom sha boom

So far today I have walked, swum, made bread, made applesauce*, cleaned the kitchen, emptied the compost, made lunch, read part of a book, and made a grocery list. That’s ten books ago now, ye gods. So far today, I’ve walked 4 miles, swum 3 kilometers, bought 2 new MP3 players, and…

not my brightest idea :)

I just upgraded WordPress, which I hit the button for and then thought “wow, this is probably not the best idea. I’m leaving for three days. What if it doesn’t work?” But it did. Whew. :) Ted and I are off for Dublin for three days! We are not (*gasp*) bringing the laptop, so unless we stop at a net cafe, we’ll be offline until sometime Wednesday when we return. See you then!
