My bread dough was goo. *sigh* I threw it out and started a new batch. Won’t be ready for lunch, now. :P

stellar morning so far
Stellar morning so far. Spilled oil into the bread while I was making it, dropped and chipped the flour container Mom lent me :(, knocked dried onion over and spilled it all over everything; this after knocking a root beer over last night and spilling /it/ all over everything. And it’s only just barely 8am. :P
low-key day
Very low-key day today. Had plans to do a long bike ride, but Dad suggested we go berry picking instead. Had plans to go berry picking, but intestinal system suggested we rebel against the deliciously wonderfully incredibly good seafood fettucine Ted made for dinner last night. My god, it was good. But I’ve stopped ordering it at restaurants because it upsets my tummy, and it turns out that even home-made seafood fettucine upsets my tummy. Darn. Will have to get Ted to make chicken and broccoli fettucine next time. :)…

I have an EMILY! Last night at 9:30 the doorbell rang, and I thought: Well, I’m sure as hell not answering that, I don’t know who it could be and I’m in the middle of watching Farscape! Ted answered the door, and I heard a plainitive voice say, “Can I come in and watch Farscape?” *laugh* And now Emily is here! We have her for about a month, before she flies off to the wilds of Alaska. She has plans to go to the Alaska Native Heritage Center and learn…

I went biking! While biking, I was inspired to write a haiku! Bugs suiciding in my bra. Twenty-four miles an hour is pure joy! Well, I didn’t say it was a /good/ haiku. :)
