Ok, I think I’m done writing for the day. 2701 words, which catches me up to yesterday’s 1700 words and completes today’s and puts me a few ahead for tomorrow. Also, chapter 2 is finished. Maybe. I’ll have to see what happens in the beginning of ch. 3 and see if it fits better with the end of ch. 2, or if it’s okay in 3. _This_ story is fun to write. 1355 words written thus far today. Also, Ted made me a Perfect Omlette, and I found a nice-looking recipe for scalloped potatoes so we can have dinner tonight. :) Off to write some more!

Despite much expectation to the contrary, I got nearly 1700 words written this evening. I’ve put 7&9 aside to percolate for a while, because the idea of working on it was just making me grumpy, which is no good. So I think I need to think about it some more.
