Is it possible to go to the SkyCity restaurant in the Space Needle without buying the touristy elevator ride ticket to get up there? I have no idea if there’s a restaurant-only elevator…

I’ve not personally been there but i looked it up in the net and it said “elevator ride and O-Deck are on-us when you dine”… not sure if that means you pay then they discount your meal or how that works. doenst sound like there is a private restaurant lift though.
