So my company, or rather, the company that owns mine, which is the largest pharmaceutical company in the country, is down 16% on the stock market today and they’re being investigated for Questionable Business Practices. We’re getting all kinds of email from all kinds of CEOs saying WE’RE NOT BAD! We’re not being bad! We’re *good*! We find it deeply offensive that anyone would *suggest* that we’ve been bad! I have a stupid canker sore on my cheek. It’s not a place I usually get them, so I thought I’d bitten my cheek (actually, I know I did; that’s probably what prompted the canker sore) but it kept hurting too much and finally I turned my face half inside out to try to see, and in fact it was a stupid canker sore. Woo! Go Dad! I just had my second interview for the position of Managing Artistic Director of Anchorage Community Theare. It went swell. They told me they had fabulous resumes from NYC & LA and that they were surprised and extremely happy that my resume matched any they had received from out of state. :) Go Dad! *Also*, Deirdre and Gavin have made it safely to New Mexico, and *futhermore*, they’ve successfully rented the cute little house they wanted to rent.
