And today, I am hitting my friends up for money! In May, I’m going to be doing the Talkeetna Clean Air Challenge, which is sponsored by the American Lung Association of Alaska. It’s a 60 mile ride from Houston, Alaska to Talkeetna, Alaska, and then back again, for a total of 120 miles (not being a math major, I can do simple addition). Alarming Encounters, & Oatmeal

Oatmeal gets cold very quickly when you eat it outdoors at 21°F. This morning, Chantico and I had an Alarming Encounter With A Moose And Three Small Children. This is Very Alarming Indeed if you are a 9 week old puppy! Or, for that matter, a small child. Well, the moose part was alarming to the small children, anyway.
